【鉅亨網記者陳慧琳 台北】元大金控(2885-TW)今(25)日召開董事會，決議通過以新台幣1億元取得美商紐約人壽在臺子公司國際紐約人壽100%股權，並於今日完成簽署股權買賣合約，正式跨足人身保險事業領域。本交易待報請主管機關核准後始生效。
