〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕中國建設銀行台北分行今(27)日正式開業，中國建設銀行行長張建國也親自來台與媒體會面。他在受訪時表示，對與台灣中國人壽合資併購的建信人壽經營績效特別滿意，若法規允許，當然也願意投資台灣商業銀行，只是目前只能分行或參股二擇一，因此，其他就暫時沒有考慮。
