郝柏村談民主：台灣不是主權獨立國家

【何哲欣／台北報導】行政院前院長郝柏村上午受邀到台大演講談台灣民主發展過程，他說故總統蔣經國過世後，台灣就終結了槍桿子政權，之後政權都與槍桿子無關，但卻修憲造成體制紊亂，立委減半、總統有權無責，且國家認同的意見分歧。郝說，「台灣是主權獨立國家，或說中華民國就是台灣，都是自我圓謊，台灣不是一個主權獨立的國家，但是全世界沒人敢說中華民國不是主權獨立國家。」

郝柏村說，中國人打了幾十年，兩岸和平發展是和平統一的前提，未來若中國終結槍桿子政權，兩岸和平統一就會水到渠成，盼望台灣年輕世代的知識份子和政治精英不要再內耗，效忠中華民國，提升台灣民主品質。

郝柏村上午演講雖遭台大學生抗議，認為他對民主毫無貢獻卻大談民主，但郝仍繼續演講，主持人、《遠見》雜誌創辦人高希均還稱讚郝鎮靜、慈祥。
