林世嘉若不服 台聯：有7天申覆期

【黃揚明／台北報導】台聯黨中央今通過開除不分區立委林世嘉黨籍，台聯黨務主管表示，依據黨章，若林世嘉不服中執會決議，收到決議公文後有7天申覆期，可書面向仲裁委員會提出申訴。不過林世嘉不願表態是否提申訴。

林世嘉晚間不接電話，僅在8點30分發簡訊給媒體記者表示，公道自在人心，感謝支持台聯的百萬人民，這1年多來讓她有機會在國會為台灣、人民發聲。立院指出，政黨若撤銷不分區立委黨籍要行文給中選會，中選會再行文知會立法院，公文抵達立院當天該立委即喪失立委資格。
