〔記者賴淑禎／台中報導〕臺中市資源回收評比競賽傳出為增加回收量，違規收取私人公司玻璃瓶，進而獲得好成績的情事，議員在市議會總質詢中質疑是否觸犯貪污治罪條例。市長胡志強表示，清廉從政是他的堅持，此事查明後若屬實，一定依法究責。環保局長劉邦裕也說，將配合政風處依法查處。
