【鉅亨網記者蔡宗憲 台北】研究機構Gartner發布最新預測，受到近期美元匯率波動，以及全球PC市場需求萎縮的影響，因此下修今年全球IT支出預測2.1個百分點，預期今年全球IT支出預計將達3.7兆美元，較2012年的3.6兆美元增加 2 %。
