〔記者陳木隆／宜蘭報導〕2013宜蘭國際童玩藝術節4日開放水域遊戲試營運，免費招待低收入家庭、弱勢機構的孩子，以及五結鄉立幼稚園學童和贊助商到場同樂。縣長林聰賢帶頭體驗「星際水漩渦」及「轉動水世界」等設施，為即將在6日開幕的童玩盛會暖場，大伙兒在充滿水的誘惑的氛圍中，玩得好樂。
