〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕民進黨4日下午召開首場「華山會議」，據轉述，與會者提及獨立與執政，何者重要，有與會者認為獨立與執政兩者有衝突，最後黨主席蘇貞昌在結論表示，「不在其位，不謀其政；不得其位，難謀其政」，能夠實現的政策，才是好的政策，民進黨還是要透過執政才能落實政策主張。
