歐銀表達強力寬鬆立場 首度明示維持長期低利率

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】歐洲央行（歐銀）決議維持基準利率在歷史低點0.5%不變，歐銀總裁德拉吉（Mario Draghi）表示，歐元區經濟仍有走疲風險，將維持長期低利率，「不是6個月、不是12個月，是很長一段時間」，為歐銀首度跟進美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）明確表達維持長期低利率立場。
此外，德拉吉透露，未來不排除進一步降息，對於存款負利率政策也抱持開放態度，堅定寬鬆立場帶動歐元一度重貶近1%，1歐元兌美元由周三逾1.3下滑至2個月低點1.2883。
