台北市一名林姓業餘攝影師邀約17歲小模在桃園摩鐵網拍，見少女著泳裝趴床姿勢撩人，一時色心大起，動手撫摸對方胸部、臀部，小模情急拿起垃圾桶砸向林男頭部，一邊打電話向男友求救，男友趕抵現場再揍林男一頓並報警，桃園地檢署偵辦後依強制猥褻罪起訴。這名攝影師因沒錢交保，至今仍被羈押。 《詳全文...》
