〔記者吳毓敏／綜合報導〕繼美國震驚全球的監控案稜鏡計畫，法國情報機構對外安全總局(DGSE)也傳出竊聽醜聞，與美國同樣秘密監控民眾電話和網路通訊，且大規模獲取民眾的通訊資料及電腦資料，這些擷取的資料會被儲存在DGSE的總部的超級電腦。目前法國當局並未有官員出面回應。
