知名手機大廠三星，前陣子被網友抓包「論壇寫手門」事件，引起公平會關切。類似的行銷手法在網路到處都是，平面媒體為了解真相，派出男記者臥底行銷公司當寫手，結果他被指派對從沒用過的保養品回文，讓他只好硬著頭皮回應說「人家也覺得很好用」。雖然這屬於口碑行銷，但小心露餡玩過火，反會引起消費者反感！ 《詳全文...》
