【鉅亨網記者蔡宗憲台北】IC封測大廠矽品今(5)日公布 6 月營收，達60億元，較 5 月成長0.4%，較去年同期成長11.4%，站上60億元大關，第 2 季營收達176億元，較第 1 季成長27.4%，較去年同期成長6.4%，創下近 5 年單季新高。
