〔記者范文濱╱桃園報導〕載運量逐年增加高鐵公司，為關懷偏遠地區學童教育，自2010年起，以提供授課教師車票的方式，幫助台東山地部落「大武原生藝術團」學員學習小提琴，並於寒、暑假期間，讓學員搭高鐵赴台北集訓。為感謝對高鐵公司的義行，學員特別利用暑假北上集訓的機會，5日上午10時在高鐵桃園站舉辦「傳遞愛之火 永不止息」公益表演，以大家耳熟能詳的曲目吸引來往旅客駐足聆聽，並分享他們訓練的成果。
