〔記者范文濱╱桃園報導〕一年一度的蓮花季又到了！餐飲科知名的永平工商，為迎接蓮花季及響應低碳飲食，率先在蓮花季前推出以來自南洋的「莎梨」入菜，由餐飲科5位師傅以拿手廚藝，烹調出十道蓮花餐。校長黃嘉明表示，這十道由多位大廚精心研發出來的蓮花餐食譜也將樂意與餐飲界分享，共同打響桃園縣的蓮花餐。
