〔記者孫偉倫／台北報導〕立法院雖決議服貿協議應逐條審查表決，但行政部門希望全案包裹表決方式進行。民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘8日召開記者會強調，將堅決反對包裹表決，若國民黨想強行包裹表決，立院將引爆最大衝突。他表示，總統馬英九想趕在臨時會通過服貿，然後在年底通過貨品貿易協定，再來就是政治協議，「台灣已經走向滅絕邊緣」。
