【鉅亨網記者陳慧琳 台北】凱基新興亞洲債券基金經理人吳睿憲表示，目前市場已經過度反應QE退場所帶來的影響，由於市場資金仍然寬鬆、通膨溫和，仍有利於債市表現。凱基新興亞洲債券基金即將於7月29日展開募集，預計屆時市場已經逐步反映QE退場的衝擊。
