中華職棒正式引進高中畢業球員，統一獅率先跟高中特別選秀會上四位球員達成合約，月初已經開始隨隊練球。獅隊除了開出四年保證合約，也告訴球員不一定要放棄學業，現在打職棒機會最好。（陳楷報導）
