〔記者王鼎鈞／綜合報導〕國防部長高華柱為洪仲丘案負起政治責任請辭，總統馬英九、行政院長江宜樺慰留。馬總統今（16）日在臉書（Facebook）重申英國艾克頓爵士（Lord Acton）名言，「權力使人腐化，絕對的權力使人絕對的腐化」，並對該案表示遺憾。
