關心獨居老人　送藥到府顧健康
為幫助獨居長者按時服藥、正確用藥，避免重複用藥等，台北市士林區健康服中心結合在地社區藥局提供「到宅藥事照護服務」。由社區藥局藥師直接到府檢視服用藥品，提供長者正確用藥的觀念，並針對重複用藥情形，開立評估建議單，建議醫師調整用藥。目前共有26位多重用藥及多重就醫者受惠。 《詳全文...》
