〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕蘇力才剛走，可能又有颱風即將形成。氣象局在今(16)日下午4時發布熱帶性低氣壓特報指出，熱帶性低氣壓1002百帕，在北緯15.2度，東經124.5度，即在菲律賓東方海面，向西北移動，時速15公里，未來有發展為輕度颱風的趨勢。
