〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕朝野立委今（22）日上午赴陸軍269旅高山頂營區，考察禁閉室。民進黨立委蔡煌瑯下午表示，16支監視器的分割畫面，有5個軍士官監看，只要看到黑畫面就要通報，怎麼可能有80分鐘的黑畫面呢？他認為百分之百是人為刪除。
