〔記者康仁俊／台北報導〕馬英九總統今（24）日表示，他身為三軍統帥，對國軍部隊「濫權違法、致人於死，感到痛心」，馬總統也說，「只有道歉是不夠的，還要有行動，道歉完了，應該是行動的開始」，他要求軍方不迴避，讓真相公諸於世，還洪家公道。
