〔政治中心／台北報導〕苗栗大埔拆屋案引發眾怒，不少聲援民眾緊跟總統馬英九、副總統吳敦義行程高分貝嗆聲，但近來卻屢屢傳出執法過當的情形，對此民進黨執政六縣市首長26日晚間發表共同聲明，除了譴責馬政府濫用國家機器、粗暴過當執法，也要求所轄的警察同仁，必須堅守依法行政的界限，不能逾越、執法過當及濫權逮捕。
