曼寧被定間諜罪　恐面臨136年徒刑

【綜合報導】美國大兵曼寧(Bradley Manning)涉嫌將美軍機密，以及逾25萬筆美國駐外使館機密電文，上傳給維基解密(WikiLeaks)，今日曼寧被以軍法定罪犯下間諜罪、偷竊罪和電腦詐欺罪等20項罪名，恐面臨最高136年徒刑。

但其中有一項「協助敵人罪」則不成立，曼寧辯護律師表示，他們贏得這場戰爭，「現在我們必須贏得這場戰爭」。定罪後，法官表示，量刑審判明天展開。
