〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕為進一步消弭金融機構不良債權售後所衍生的爭議，金管會30日宣布，將企業戶不良債權一併納入金融機構不良債權售後管理規範，除聯貸、國際金融業務分行(OBU)及境外分行授信等例外案件，金融機構對於企業戶不良債權不得再轉售予第三人，並應委託原出售的金融機構或其指定或同意的催收機構進行催收作業。
