〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕軍檢偵結洪仲丘案，前旅長沈威志、上士范佐憲等人被控對部屬施以法定種類以外處罰、共同職權妨害自由遭起訴。民進黨立法院黨團幹事長高志鵬今（31）日上午召開記者會指出，軍檢如何倉促起訴，不禁令人懷疑是奉馬英九總統指示，儘快清理戰場。
