〔記者王鼎鈞／台北報導〕核四公投案將於周五立法院闖關，國民黨卻有立委連署提案要求「核四安檢完才公投」，行政院趕忙出面滅火，重申「沒有核安，就沒有核能」立場，但未正式對外說明核四安檢報告時間何時出爐，今（31）日黨團大會將會明朗。
