〔生活中心／台北報導〕陸軍下士洪仲丘案事發28天，軍檢31日上午宣布偵結起訴。針對542旅上士范佐憲等人凌虐洪仲丘動機，軍檢表示，由於義務役的洪仲丘拒絕背值星、竄改體測成績，才導致志願役士官不滿，對他展開報復。社會觀察家朱學恆下午對此表達高度不滿強調，「我看見我們國家還在傷害人民」。
