〔記者莊漢昌／台南報導〕市府總預算來自中央補助款部份竟遭追減48億元，佔總預算859億元的5.5%，市議員邱莉莉批評中央要1塊卻只給五毛，明顯看台南「卡細漢」，31日要求被刪減中央補助款的各局室主管，就被刪減原因與影響提出公開說明，並擬出因應之道，以免市政發展受嚴重衝擊。
