〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕民進黨立法院黨團1日傍晚發動突襲，40位立委衝進議場，全體夜宿立法院，晚間分3批出議場盥洗。在晚間近9時，國民黨立委張慶忠、陳鎮湘、邱文彥等3人，直闖議場參觀，引起民進黨一陣虛驚。
