〔記者陳思豪／綜合報導〕洪仲丘案偵結，不少人希望此案能移交司法機關另起調查，對此總統馬英九1日晚間接受udn.TV專訪時指出，這不是可用總統權限來克服的，儘管有人說他法匠，難道中華民國就不是個法治國家？他認為自己不能做強人總統破壞司法體制，就算著急，也要按照程序來進行。
