監視器損壞時間不一　黑畫面最長106分鐘

【綜合報導】桃園地檢署今天公布陸軍269旅監視器黑畫面，因電力中斷致黑畫面，非人為因素，同時也比對通聯確認供詞。

桃園地檢署襄閱主任檢察官戴文亮指出，監視器損壞時間不一，非外界稱80分鐘，經勘察1872檔案、3840小時影片，16支鏡頭中，主要損壞為1、2、9、10、13、16等監視器，共有70次影像遺失，7/1、7/3監視器的黑畫面最長有106分鐘、最短56分鐘。
