〔記者莊漢昌／台南報導〕市府正針對不必要之未徵收公共設施保留地，如市場、學校、機關等加速檢討，無使用需求者將盡量還地於民、解決民怨。另為活化閒置土地及促進土地合宜利用，市府亦針對大面積公有土地進行規劃檢討。
