【鉅亨網記者蔡宗憲 台北】集保結算所表示，為提升公司治理，去年起開始實施股東會電子投票表決方式，總計今年共有110多家上市櫃公司採用，今年電子投票行使表決權占出席比率達35.13%，較去年27.54%增加7.59個百分點。
