經部：第三方支付專法草案　年底送行政院
行政院7日拍板定案第三方支付，短期以「電子票證發行管理條例」作為非銀行第三方支付儲值服務管理法源，中長期則應制定專法。經濟部商業司長游瑞德表示，專法制定由經濟部負責，至於內容要涵蓋整體電子商務發展，或只針對第三方支付機制？目前尚未確定，但2013年底一定會把草案上報行政院。 《詳全文...》
