〔記者曾少甫／台北報導〕台北市鼓勵民眾多多騎乘自行車，但是自行車停車架卻明顯不足，停車管理工程處在7月4日起開放民間企業或大樓利用其公共空間申請設置自行車停放架，方便自行車停放及鎖車，松山區華南花園別墅社區首先申請並完成設置100個自行車停放架，設置費8萬元則由停管處負責；預計到9月初再完成另外5處設置，總計可以增加395個自行車架。
