〔記者陳鈞凱／台北報導〕大腸癌治療，搭配基因檢測選藥，能延長壽命！一名46歲的男性，一年來，消化道持續出血，卻不以為意，只以為是胃潰瘍、痔瘡老毛病，直到日前腹部劇烈疼痛，就醫檢查才發現罹患乙狀結腸癌，一度被醫師宣告只剩2個月生命，使用UGT1A1化療基因檢測，重新調整傳統化療藥物的劑量，目前治療的狀況良好。
