校園不安全　國中平均每班6人涉霸凌

【張博亭／台北報導】針對台灣公立國中霸凌問題的調查發現，近1個月內曾霸凌其他同學的加害者，高達8.71%、被害者佔7.01%、雙重身份佔2.91%，合計18.63%為霸凌事件涉入者，若以現今國中生1班30人估計，每班有6人曾涉入霸凌。該調查收集台灣北、中、南、東共20間學校、120個班級資料，收集時間由2010年9月至12月，完訪3441人。  

若與世界衛生組織的40國調查相較，台灣霸凌嚴重度的排名居中，全球以立陶宛的校園霸凌現象最糟糕。
