〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕為幫助身處逆境的孩子，今年友達透過明基友達基金會推動第8屆「老實聰明獎學金」活動，號召員工進行一日捐，並獲得明基友達集團包括明基材料、佳世達、隆達、景智等10數家公司響應，總計募得1050萬元，全數將做為「老實聰明獎學金」，以幫助桃園、新竹、苗栗、台中、彰化等縣市800多所學校的中小學學童；友達指出，「老實聰明獎學金」8年來共幫助26000名學童逆轉人生。
