〔記者簡怡欣／台北報導〕氣象局已針對潭美颱風發布陸上警報，預計挾帶豐沛雨量，農委會提醒，明(21)日為大潮時期，低漥及迎風面沿海地區要嚴防淹水和海水倒灌，另外明日碰巧是中元節普渡，農委會將釋出高麗菜及結球白菜，供應市場需求以穩定菜價。
