〔記者孫偉倫／台北報導〕苗栗大埔與台南鐵路東移都引發民眾抗議，內政部長李鴻源因指稱兩者「都是類似的土地徵收案」被認為是「拖台南市長賴清德下水」。李鴻源今（22）日表示，他從來沒有評論過大埔或南鐵案，應該是誤會。但他也強調，土地徵收是政府進行重大工程的必要手段，不能輕廢，否則政府若要進行重大工程時，會有困難。
