〔記者孫偉倫／台北報導〕針對進佔內政部大樓的大埔聲援群眾，內政部長李鴻源強調，警方將蒐證移送法辦，進而引起網友發起「萬人自首」運動。李鴻源今（22）日表示，民眾有表達意見的權利，但警方也有蒐證義務，有違法疑慮就會主動移送檢調處理，否則就是失職，但警方蒐證行為沒有針對性。
