〔記者彭夢竺／綜合報導〕研議多年的淡江大橋，終於通過環保署環境差異影響分析，有條件通過環評。新北市交通局表示，預定104年發包施工，108年完工通車。交通部公路總局指出，淡江大橋完工後可縮短八里到淡水15公里的路程，尖峰時刻大約可節省45分鐘。
