〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕對於台新銀行與彰化銀行合併案，金管會主委曾銘宗22日表示，任何金融整併案，除要符合法令規定、市場機制及全民利益等3原則之外，也希望大股東間必須充份溝通，因為檢視過去國內外相關整併案，非合意併購成功機會相當少，唯有大股東溝通，取得共識，整併才能創造客戶、股東及員工三方利益。
