〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕在大陸浙江海寧鹽倉觀潮點，8月22日時，潮水衝下護堤。因為受到今(2013)年第12號颱風「潭美」影響，錢塘江海寧段潮水達到了最高等級5級大潮。因此，在浙江海寧鹽倉觀潮點，不少觀潮群眾被衝下護堤的潮水淋濕衣物。
