〔記者孫偉倫／台北報導〕媒體報導苗栗縣長劉政鴻因自宅也在區段徵收範圍中，卻未被拆除，被質疑「特權自肥」，國民黨立委蔡正元今(23)日在臉書上說，劉政鴻也有被拆掉近70坪的房屋，不拆的部分也合乎規定，而「烏賊媒體」都未查證這些事實，連劉政鴻要求更正都不理，他批評「這些媒體當烏賊，真是又懶又壞！」
