〔記者陳思豪／台北報導〕台灣北部地區23日午後雷雨，造成多起災情。台北市政府表示，這場大雨造成多處發生積水等災情，光是災情統計回報就超過100多件，為了因應豪雨，北市水災應變中心也啟動二級開設。
