〔記者曹逸雯／台北報導〕中央大學台灣經濟發展研究中心今（27）日發布8月消費者信心指數為75.33點，較7月下降0.75點，在6項指標中，雖有4項指標呈現上升，但因QE退場的消息嚴重干擾全球股市震盪，讓消費者對投資股票信心大幅下降6.30點，同時，油電雙漲與高鐵漲價等訊息，也讓民眾對物價水準沒信心。
