〔影音中心/台北報導 〕位於捷運西湖站的「西湖市場」美食街，有一家以手工麵條聞名的麵店，Q滑的麵條是店家的家傳絕活，祖籍山東的老闆穆宏智，從小就和父親賣麵，習得好手藝。麵團不加食品添加物，而是靠著多道手工揉麵功夫，讓麵條吃起來有勁道，為呈現麵條的最佳口感，都是客人現點，老闆現桿現切，因此要來這吃碗麵可得花點耐心。
